 Almost Every Driver who drives a commercial vehicle over 3,500 kgs must have

A DRIVER CPC card by 2014

TO SUM UP

 If you have got your LGV licence when it comes in Sept 09 you are ok for the first 5 years But by the end of the 5 years you must have done your 35 hours training to be able to continue to drive a loaded vehicle

A question i am asked regularly is does my Transport Managers CPC exclude me from the

Driver CPC

NO it does not if you drive a lorry for hire or reward over 3500kgs you must do the Driver CPC
